Our activities


August 18 – 29, 2014. The project participants visited to KU Leuven in Belgium and they introduced their mechatronics laboratory by the institution of mechanical engineering department and they followed some courses such as Embedded Robotics Systems by Professor Herman Bruyninckx, Frequency-domain identification by Jan Swevers and Mechatronics Drive Systems by Farid Al-Bender.

June 03-04, 2014. At Bukhara Engineering Technology Institute, on June 03 and 04, there were workshop-seminars on Master's courses in Mechatronics taught at KTH-Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden. Seminar-workshops are facilitated by prof. Martin Edin Grimheden, Dr. Bjorn Moller, Mr. Staffan Qvarnstrom and Mr. Mohammad Khodabakhshian.  Also, on June 04, there were field monitoring meetings of the National Erasmus+ Office coordinator - Mrs. Aziza Abdurakhmanova and expert - Mr. Igor Vikhrov with the project partners from Bukhara Engineering Technology Institute, Fergana Polytechnic Institute, Tashkent Turin Polytechnic University, Tashkent Automobile Road Institute and KTH-Royal Institute of Technology. The project partners of the MACH project and other TEMPUS and Erasmus Mundus project participants from Bukhara State University and Bukhara Medical Institute had a round table discussions with the EU Delegation Ambassador - Mr. Yuri Sterk on June 04 at Bukhara Engineering Technology Institute.


On June 03-07, 2014 at Tashkent Automobile Road Institute, there were seminars on Doctoral study programs and research publications in the example of KTH-Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden and series of workshops on modeling and simulation of dynamic systems on ADAMS package. In these seminars and workshops, teachers, researchers, PhD and graduate students from Tashkent Automobile Road Institute, Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute and Andijan Machine-Building institute. Seminar was facilitated by Mr. Abbos Ismoilov - PhD student of Machine Design Department of KTH.

On April 22 of 2014, there was a project meeting and round-table discussion at Fergana Polytechnic Institute (FerPI). The university administration personnel (two vice-rectors and deans), the project team-members and students from FerPI and a national project coordinator have participated in the meeting. The participants asked dozens of querries on foreseen project outcomes, course contents, student selection procedures and requirements, recognition aspects of a new master's program in mechatronics, student mobility and exchange issues, capacity building, laboratory equipment, and so forth. Also, there was a separate meeting with the FerPI's Rector - Oybek Otakulov.


On April 18 of 2014, there was a project meeting and round-table discussion at Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent (TTPU). The project team-members and students from TTPU, coordinator of Education Center at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Uzbekistan and the national project coordinator have participated. The participants have put up many questions regarding the project equipment issues and academic tasks, and have proposed a number of suggestions and ideas how to make a best use of envisaged project laboratory hardware for the TTPU and their assistance to other partners in lab settings.



March 30 – April 10, 2014. The project participants visited to Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden. The participants visited and introduced their mechatronics laboratory by the institution of mechatronics department and they followed some courses such as Embedded System 1, Embedded System 2, Course in mechatronics FiM, Robust Mechatronics, Embedded Control System SSY190,  Advanced prototyping.
